INTRODUCTION:

The Regional Health Research & Development Consortium 7 (RHRDC-7) is one of the oldest health consortia.  It was organized in the late 80's and gain promience in the 1990 - 1998. It was able to manage and fund health studies covering a wide range of issues and problems. However, since then, the consortium has been in a state of decline with every researches being conducted and its regional research fund not utilized.

MISSION:

The Regional Health Research and Development Consortium in Region 7, as a network of institutions under the Philippine Council for Health Research and Development, envisions itself to be the catalyst in the provision of health research necessary for the equitable delivery of health services as well as the personal, communitarian and economic well being of the people of the Region.
