INVITATION to a LOGO DESIGN CONTEST
For the Central Visayas Consortium for Health Research & Development (CVCHRD)
A P10,000 cash reward and a certificate of recognition awaits the winning entry.
Requirements:
1. Should be original.
2. Should represent the Vision-Mission of the consortium.
VISION
The key catalyst in the generation of health research necessary for the equitable delivery of health services in the Region
MISSION
Develop and maintain a network of institutions from various sectors of society through joint commitment, sharing of resources and collaborative working relationships; manage the regional health research agenda.
3. The acronym “CVCHRD” should be written prominently within the logo in a simple font
type.
4. Should be drawn in an A4 bond paper with the name and contact number of the
designer written at the back of the paper.
5. Entries should be submitted to the CVCHRD Secretariat (c/o Ms. Yvette Hope Labus), DOST 7, National Government Center, Sudlon, Lahug, Cebu City, with Tel. no. (032) 254-8269 / 4189032.
The winning entry becomes the property of CVCHRD and may be modified by CVCHRD in any way to fit its purpose.
